How long does shipping take for a new e-bike?
Most in-stock bikes ship within 2-5 business days. Once dispatched, transit time usually ranges from 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We provide comprehensive toolkit instructions and video tutorials to help you finish the build. Alternatively, you can opt for professional assembly through our local service partners.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in like-new condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that a flat shipping fee and restocking fee may apply.
What kind of warranty do you offer on the battery and motor?
Every Rad Power Bike comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty that covers all manufacturing defects, including the lithium-ion battery pack, motor, and frame.
Are Rad Power Bikes water-resistant?
Yes, our bikes are designed with water-resistant components (IP65 rating) making them safe to ride in light rain. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
