We want you to love your ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all Radpowerbikes products in new and unused condition. Please ensure all original packaging is retained to facilitate a smooth return process and receive your full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the request.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully Repackage the bike or accessory in its original box with all protective padding and components included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at an authorized shipping center; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
